Do I have to change my form?
No. You give us the URL of the page where your form is and paste one <script> before </body>. Your fields, CSS and markup stay exactly as they are — we never touch the form itself.
How long does setup take?
A few minutes. You point us to the URL, we detect the fields automatically, and you paste one line of script. No server to run, no plugin to install.
Does it work with my stack?
Yes — anywhere you can paste a script: static HTML, WordPress, Elementor, React, Next.js, Webflow. Nothing changes in how you built the form.
How is spam handled?
Add your own reCAPTCHA v3 keys for the domain where the form lives — they're verified server-side on every submit. You can also turn on server-side validation for required fields, so bad or incomplete data never gets in. reCAPTCHA v3 is invisible — no captcha for your visitors to solve.
Can I manage the contacts, not just receive them?
Yes. Every submission lands in one dashboard with a status and notes, so you follow up without a spreadsheet. You also get an instant email notification, and an automatic confirmation goes out to the sender.
Can I customize the notification and confirmation emails?
Yes. You customize the subject and body of the automatic confirmation to the sender, with dynamic tags pulled from the form fields (name, email, date). Internal notifications arrive on every submission.
How do I check it works before going live?
Send a test submission from the dashboard: it runs the whole pipeline — validation, notification and confirmation emails — but stays out of your counts, leads and exports. You see everything before you publish.
Can I manage multiple forms or sites?
Yes. Create as many forms as you need, each with its own script and dashboard — handy when you run several sites or clients.
Can I invite my team or give a client access?
Yes. You can invite teammates and give your client access to the dashboard — read-only if you prefer — without explaining FTP or code.
Is the data safe and GDPR-compliant?
Yes. Everything is hosted on EU servers, GDPR-native: consent handling, data export and deletion. A DPA is available on request. We don't resell your data or hand it to data brokers.
Can I export or leave whenever I want?
Always. Export to CSV any time, choosing the columns you want. The data is yours — no lock-in.
