1. Data controller

2. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, password (hashed), language.
• Billing data: company/fiscal details and invoices for paid plans.
• Form submissions: data submitted by visitors to our customers' forms. For this data Oglut acts as data processor on behalf of the customer (see the DPA).
• Navigation and cookie data: IP address, user agent, and — subject to consent — analytics and session-recording data (see the Cookie Policy).

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Providing the service (Art. 6(1)(b) — contract).
• Invoicing and legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) — legal obligation).
• Analytics and session recording (Microsoft Clarity) (Art. 6(1)(a) — consent).
• Security and abuse prevention (Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest).

4. Retention

Data is kept for as long as the account is active and thereafter for the periods required by law (e.g. 10 years for invoicing). Analytics data follows the providers' retention settings.

5. Recipients

Data may be processed by providers acting as processors: AWS (hosting), Google (Analytics/Ads), Microsoft (Clarity, session recording), and OGPay (payments). Each is bound by appropriate agreements.

6. Transfers outside the EU

Where data is transferred outside the EEA, transfers rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Your rights

You may exercise the rights under Articles 15–22 GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection) by writing to info@oglut.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
